Terms of Service

By accessing or using the OXIDE platform ("Service"), operated by New Company 1 Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OXIDE. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

OXIDE uses Steam OpenID for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account. We do not store your Steam credentials. Your OXIDE account is linked to your Steam ID and cannot be transferred.

All skin purchases are facilitated through our partner marketplace network. Prices are displayed in USD. OXIDE acts as a facilitator — we do not own the items listed. Trade delivery is subject to Steam trade hold policies. If a trade fails, we automatically refund the purchase amount to your OXIDE wallet.

The OXIDE wallet is a prepaid balance used to purchase items. Deposits are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider (Visa/Mastercard). Wallet balances are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Refunds for failed transactions are credited to your wallet.

You may not: use the Service for money laundering or fraud; attempt to manipulate prices; create multiple accounts; use automated bots to interact with the Service; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

All OXIDE branding, design, and code are owned by New Company 1 Ltd. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. OXIDE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXIDE's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to OXIDE in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
