Payment Policy

OXIDE, operated by DEK KEY OÜ (Registry code 17506258) ("Company", "we", "us"), runs on a prepaid wallet. You top up your wallet balance, then spend those credits on skins in the marketplace. Your wallet is held in US dollars (USD) and one credit equals one US dollar (1 credit = US$1). Prices can be displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, AZN or KZT using the currency selector.

Wallet top-ups are made by credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard only. We do not accept bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other alternative payment method for top-ups. Skins are always paid from your wallet balance, never charged to your card directly.

Card payments are handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Card details are transmitted from your browser over an encrypted (TLS) connection to our server and forwarded immediately to the provider to complete the charge; we do not store your full card number on OXIDE servers. The provider performs fraud screening and may decline a transaction it considers high-risk.

Your card is charged at the moment you confirm a wallet top-up. The corresponding credits appear in your wallet immediately on a successful charge. Purchases made later from your wallet do not trigger a new card charge — they simply draw down your balance.

If a card payment is declined, no credits are added and you are not charged. If your card is charged but the credits do not appear in your wallet, contact support with the payment reference and we credit them once we have confirmed the charge. Skin trades that fail to deliver are refunded to your wallet automatically, with no request needed; if an expected refund has not arrived, contact support and we will credit it — see our Refund Policy for detail.

Users who sell their own items on the platform accrue the proceeds (net of a 10% platform commission) as a withdrawable wallet balance. Withdrawals are requested from your wallet and paid to your verified bank card or bank account. Credits you buy via card top-up are used to purchase items and are not withdrawable as cash; unspent credits from a top-up are refundable to your card within 14 days of the top-up, through support.

Before your first withdrawal is released we verify your identity: full legal name, a government-issued identity document (such as a passport), residential address, and payout details. Verification is reviewed and must be approved. We may apply limits, request further information, and delay or decline payouts to prevent fraud and to comply with applicable law. Payouts are released once the request is approved.

You pay in the currency you choose. Your wallet balance is kept in credits of US$1 each (1 credit = US$1), and skins are priced and debited from it in USD. When you select another display currency, prices are converted from USD at the exchange rate we show at that moment, for information. A card top-up is charged exactly the amount you enter, in the currency you selected, and your wallet is credited with its USD value, as credits, at our rate at the time of payment, rounded down to the cent; the checkout shows the USD amount before you pay. A single top-up can be from $1 to $20,000 in US dollars or from €1 to €20,000 in euros; in GBP, AZN and KZT the range is the equivalent of €1 to €20,000, and the wallet page shows it in your currency. If your card is denominated in a different currency from the one you pay in, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. OXIDE does not control or receive those bank charges.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@oxide.tech — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered order or spent wallet balance may result in your account being suspended pending review.
