This policy explains when a skin or coaching order on OXIDE can be cancelled, who can cancel it, and how any credits are returned. All refunds from a cancellation go to your wallet — see our Refund Policy. Amounts are shown in USD.

skin orders — before the trade is sent

After you place a skin order, there is a short window before the Steam trade offer is issued. During this window you may cancel from your order page and the full amount is returned to your wallet. Once a valid trade offer has been sent and accepted, the order is complete and can no longer be cancelled.

3.

skin orders — trade holds

Some trades are subject to a Steam trade hold (up to 8 days). While an order is held it is still in progress, not complete. If the hold expires without successful delivery, the order is cancelled and auto-refunded to your wallet.

coaching sessions

Coaching sessions can be cancelled by you up to the notice window set by your coach (commonly 24 hours before the scheduled start) for a full wallet refund. Cancellations inside that window may be non-refundable, at the coach's discretion. If a coach cancels, you always receive a full wallet refund.

5.

automatic cancellations

We may cancel an order automatically when: the item becomes unavailable; a trade offer expires or is declined; a payment or fraud check fails; or a Steam trade URL is missing or invalid. In every case the charge is reversed to your wallet.

6.

non-cancellable orders

Completed skin trades — where the item is already in your Steam inventory — and coaching sessions that have already taken place cannot be cancelled. For mis-described or incorrect items, see the relevant section of our Refund Policy.

how to cancel

Cancel eligible orders directly from your order page in the dashboard, or email support@oxide.market and we will action it where the order is still eligible.
